2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb. top sirloin steak, cubed
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup yellow summer squash, sliced and halved
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
2 chicken breasts
1 tomato, sliced and halved
4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar glaze
Salt and pepper, to taste

Butterfly chicken breasts. Layer tomato, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil on one side of chicken breast. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze. Seal with 1-2 toothpicks diagonally.
